What Do You Mean, You’re Going To Miss The Deadline!

My opinion – over estimate everything! Adding additional time to a project not only gives you some leeway incase of the inevitable slip and slide, but it makes you look good to your clients and/or employers if and when you get the work done ahead of time and under budget. I personally double the time I think I need to complete a project when working with certaine individuals ;)
